As the name suggests, gallstones are stones that are formed in the gallbladder. There are two types of gallstones that can develop inside the gallbladder. 3-day Gallstones Treatment

This treatment lasts for a total of three days. For the first two days you will be drinking only fresh apple juice without any added sugar or honey. On the second night of the treatment you will have to drink a mixture of three ounces of dark olive oil and three ounces of fresh lemon juice. You will have to finish the entire concoction within a period of three hours. On the third day you will feel yourself passing the stones successfully.

Quebra Pedra Herbal Treatment

Quebra Pedra is an herb that is available in the form of powder. You can prepare tea using this herbal powder. Add two teaspoons of the herb in about 500ml of boiling water to make the tea. This herbal concoction should be had every day for a period of two months to remove the stones from your gall bladder completely. The tea is also effective in easing the abdominal cramping caused by gallstones.

Sipping on an ounce of lemon juice and olive oil mixture just before going to bed is also a good gallbladder flushing treatment. Do not eat any fatty and junk foods while on this diet. However, you may eat small servings of cottage cheese and yogurt once in a while. Eat six small servings of this diet through the day. Drink two cups of black coffee every day to prevent gallstones. Do not eat junk food often. Eat plenty of nuts as they contain unsaturated fats which do not raise the level of cholesterol. Eat a healthy and nutritious diet, Consume less carbohydrates. Take calcium phosphate supplements, Exercise regularly, Drink 10-12 glasses of water every day, Eat three servings of fresh vegetables every day.
