Prostate cancer pain can crop up during the advanced stages of the cancer. Bone pain is very common as the cancer spreads to the bones. The pain will be mostly concentrated around the pelvic area, hips and the lower back and will be of varying degrees depending on how far the cancer has progressed or spread to the nearby areas of the body.
