Avoid anything any foods that contain high amounts of oil, butter, or cream. Also eliminate all products rich in fat content from your diet. To prevent recurrence of roundworms, repeat the all fruit diet; in case the problem recurs, consume abundant amounts of fruit juices along with uncooked vegetables.
Drink tea made using the bark of the pomegranate tree as it is known to be quite effective in poisoning and killing roundworms. Take this tea in the amount of about 100 to 180 ml thrice each day. In case of children, 30 to 60 ml of the preparing with one hour gap between each ingestion is considered appropriate. Prune juice is also a good alternative when suffering from this problem.
Create a concoction by mixing 1 tablespoon of crushed pumpkin seeds along with 300 ml of water. However, before using this remedy, it is important to empty the intestine by drinking a bottle of prune juice. The next day, drink about 3 or 4 glasses of the prepared pumpkin seed juice.

Crush the cloves of garlic and keep them in your socks or shoes before wearing to allow it to penetrate inside the body through the skin. Alternatively, you can simply ingest the garlic with water. In both the ways, the garlic enters the bloodstream and reaches the intestines, thus killing the roundworms.
Coconut is an extremely popular remedy to fight intestinal worms and has been known since centuries. To use this remedy, drink 1 tablespoon of fresh coconut juice at breakfast time. After three hours, drink about 50 ml of castor oil along with about 250 ml of lukewarm milk. This will help in flushing out the worms from the body. You can also repeat this treatment till all the worms have been flushed out.
