Apply warm paste all over your body except face and neck. The paste should directly come in contact with the skin. Press gently so that paste sticks to the skin properly and absorption is done in a better way. Keep specific focus on problem areas.

After this, use thin towel or sheet of cloth or elastic bandages to wrap legs, torso and upper body. Start with legs and then upper body. But don’t wrap elastic bandage or cloth so tightly that your blood circulation is compromised.

Leave the body wrap on for about an hour. During this time, wrap up yourself in blankets to stay warm or make steam build up for sauna like effect by running hot water in the bathroom.

Once you have completed the process of wrapping, relax yourself completely. You can create a spa like ambiance by lighting scented candles and listening to music.

Drink plenty of water to remain hydrated before and after body wrap for better absorption of toxins by the clay and for flushing out toxins from the body.

Use bath tub for avoiding mess during application of clay and clean up. After an hour, rinse off by taking a warm shower. Apply moisturizer after the shower to leave the skin fresh and moisturized.
