Warm Water and Rock Salt

Warm water is good for stomach pain. Take a cup of warm water and mix a teaspoon rock salt in it. Mix well and drink it. This will reduce your stomach pain releasing gas.

Remove pulp from bael (Aegle marmelos) and mash it properly. Then mix a glass of cold water with the bael to liquefy it. You may add a teaspoon sugar for taste. Strain whole thing and drink it. This drink is very effective to clear your bowel. For this reason bael is effective when your stomach pain is due to constipation.

Fennel and Fenugreek

Soak fennel and fenugreek seed 1 teaspoon each in a glass of water overnight. Next morning strain the water and drink it. It helps to reduce stomach pain when it happens due to indigestion.

Lemon Water

Lemon water is also good for stomach pain. Squeeze one fresh lemon in the water and mix the juice in a glass of cold water. Add pinch of salt and mix well. You may add sugar for taste. Drink the water 2-3 times a day to get relief from stomach pain.

Ginger

Ginger juice is also very effective for stomach pain. Peel and wash a piece of ginger. Grate and extract the juice. Mix a teaspoon ginger juice in a cup of water and mix well. Drink it at least twice daily. You will get relief. You can do another thing. Just chew a fresh piece of ginger accompanied with a glass of water.

Mint juice is another natural remedy for stomach ache. Take some fresh mint leaves and crush to remove juice. Mix it with lime juice, ginger juice and black salt and drink it. You can boil mint leaves in water on low flame.

Crush few pieces of green mango and add it in the boiling water. Boil everything for 15-20 minutes. Strain the water and let it cool down. Preserve it in refrigerator. Drink a cup of this cold drink 2-3 times daily. You will get benefit.

Roasted Spices

Roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger, black pepper seed, garlic, asafetida and rock salt. Grind them into fine powder. After taking your meals mix a tablespoon of this powder in the water and drink it. This will give you relief from stomach pain. There are many such home remedies to get rid of stomach pain.
