Grind turmeric to a powder and add some mustard oil to it. Squeeze some onion juice as well to this paste and place it on the wound. Allow it to remain for some time to facilitate healing and relieve inflammation.
The skin of pomegranate can be dried and powdered for treatment of piles. Take one cup of this powder and add it to half a litre of water. Once it is cool, it can be taken in the morning and evening. This will help relieve pressure on the nerves and prevent constipation and piles.
Milk Of Goat
Piles that are internally located can cause great distress and the patient shies away from passing stools which will again aggravate the condition. Goat’s milk is a great remedy for controlling the inflammation and bleeding and facilitating the condition for easier passing of stools.
Take 2 tablespoons of mustard seeds and grind so that it becomes powdery. 1/4th cup of goat’s milk can be added to this powder and taken before you have your breakfast. This is to prevent itching, bleeding and inflammation related to piles.
Take fresh yoghurt and grind a tablespoon of black mustard to it. This too has to be taken before breakfast for best results. Taking yoghurt will aid in proper digestion and in controlling constipation.

Tamarind Flowers And Yoghurt
For bleeding and inflammation to be controlled, take a cup of yoghurt and add 2 tablespoons of tamarind flower extract to it. Mix a teaspoon each of ginger, pomegranate and coriander to it. You can add this fortified yoghurt to have along with your meals in the afternoon or drinking it immediately after that.
Onion is an anti inflammatory agent and helps in relieving all kinds of irritations of the nerves. Slice one medium sized onion and mix it along with three teaspoons of sugar. This can be taken twice a day for great relief from piles and to keep a control on bleeding, inflammation and resultant pain.
Radish And Honey
Using honey alone too can help in healing the wound caused due to the pressure exerted on the nerves. However, to increase the potency of the treatment, honey can be mixed with radish juice and applied on the area of nerve irritation and resultant bleeding. This will facilitate healing and stop the bleeding associated with the inflamed nerves.
A sitz bath done several times a day will help in easing the inflammation and preventing bleeding and pain when you pass stools. A sitz bath can be bought from medical stores. Fit it on top of the toilet seat and fill it with warm water. Sit for about 15 minutes to provide relief from the symptoms.
In the absence of a sitz bath, you can go for a warm soak in the tub. Fill the tub with warm water and sit in it for 15 minutes. Do this 3-4 times a day to prevent piles from recurring.
Aloe vera is a cooling agent and can also heal the wound associated with piles. The gel can be applied on the irritated skin and the nerves to relieve the symptoms and provide way for healing of the wound. Aloe vera can be applied as often as possible for treating piles and preventing the burning sensation caused due to the raw wound.
Crush some ginger an extract ½ teaspoon of ginger juice. Add one teaspoon each of lemon and mint juice and a few drops of honey to this. This will not just help in controlling the symptoms but also help in relieving the inflammation, healing the wound and preventing the pain and burning sensation associated with it. Do this every day to keep the symptoms under check.
Take 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds and boil it with half litre of water. Steep for Half an hour or until the water added is reduced to 1/3rd. Take this water every day to provide relief and prevent flare ups of piles symptoms. Doing this every day will prevent the occurrence of piles as well.
Along with piles treatment, you must also ensure that you do not consume food that can cause constipation which will aggravate piles. Drink plenty of water and also make sure that you do not sit and stand for long time or get caught in stressful situations as well.
