The healing properties of calendula make it a wonderful remedy for all kinds of lesions and blisters. Calendula is used extensively for treating skin problems. For treating ulcers, a tea can be prepared from dried calendula leaves. Take a tablespoon of dried calendula and mix it with two cups of water. This can be boiled and steeped for 10 minutes and taken before sleeping. Take at least two times a day.
Ginger is extremely antibacterial and can be used for treating ulcers of the stomach. Take some ginger and extract the juice out of it. This can be taken along with a teaspoon of honey three times daily. Ginger can effectively remove the bacteria H – Pylori which is the reason behind stomach ulcers. A tea prepared from licorice root helps in healing the walls of the stomach that get affected by ulcers. Take this tea once a day. However, this must be taken with care, especially if you have high blood pressure as licorice if taken in excess increases blood pressure.
Milk is a safe remedy for ulcers as milk can soothe an irritated stomach. The goodness of consuming milk lies in the fact that it can form a safety coat on top of the stomach walls and prevent ulcerous lesions from appearing as a result of the actions of digestive juices. Take milk after your meal to prevent irritation of the stomach.

Cayenne pepper is known to be so powerful that it can even stop a heart attack. Sometimes medications like ibuprofen and aspirin can cause ulcers of the stomach and using cayenne pepper can help in removing the chances of such ulcers. Take a pinch of freshly ground cayenne pepper and add to a glass of hot water. Consume twice a day daily to prevent ulcers.
